Approximately 24-32 Hours Per Week | $30–$34 Per Hour
You’re someone who takes pride in producing clear, accurate drawings.
You notice inconsistencies.
You enjoy turning sketches, survey information, and direction into organized plans.
You care about details, but you also know how to keep work moving.
And you’re looking for a role where strong production skills are valued.
About the Role
This role supports the design and documentation of active waterfront projects throughout Connecticut.
You’ll use Revit to prepare site plans, permit drawings, design drawings, details, and construction documents based on survey information, field documentation, sketches, and established company standards.
You’ll work closely with the project architect and project coordinator. Over time, you’ll take increasing ownership of drawing production, Revit standards, and quality control.
Who This Role Is For
This role is best suited for someone early to mid-career who has practical Revit experience and enjoys technical drawing production.
You may have a background in architecture, engineering, construction, drafting, or a related field. More important, you are careful, dependable, comfortable receiving feedback, and motivated to improve.

Our plans must communicate effectively with clients, surveyors, engineers, regulatory agencies, contractors, and public commissions.
