Who We Need
What You’ll Do
Job Type: Hybrid, Part-Time (25-32 hours/week)
Location: In-person training in Guilford, CT, with flexible remote structure once established (~70% remote, ~20% in-office, ~10% field/meetings)
Compensation: $35–$45/hr depending on experience (approx. $58–75k/year for 25–32 hrs/week)
Growth: Potential for additional hours and expanded responsibilities as the firm grows and you thrive in the role

Description
This isn’t an administrative role. It’s a project ownership role.
You are responsible for keeping complex projects moving forward, bringing structure to uncertainty, and ensuring communication, coordination, and decisions happen at the right time.
Your work directly impacts whether projects progress smoothly or stall. You create clarity where there are moving parts, align clients, agencies, and internal teams, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
You’ll start by learning project types, permitting processes, and internal systems, then quickly step into managing communication, coordination, and project flow with increasing independence. The ability to learn quickly and apply new information in real time is essential in this role.
As Shore Design continues to grow, this role can evolve into a senior Project Manager position with greater ownership across multiple projects and increasing responsibility in how work is delivered.
There’s no fixed ceiling. Your growth will come from your ability to take ownership, learn quickly, make sound decisions, and consistently move work forward.
